Sweet Grown Alabama Recipes

Ingredients:

• 3 Sweet Grown Alabama eggs
• 1 cup oil
• 2 1/2 cups granulated sugar
• 2 cups Sweet Grown Alabama zucchini, peeled and grated
• 3 teaspoons vanilla
• 3 cups flour
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 3 teaspoons cinnamon
• 1/2 cup Sweet Grown Alabama chopped pecans

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

2. Beat the eggs.

3. Add oil, sugar, zucchini and vanilla in the same bowl.

4. Mix lightly until incorporated.

5. Add flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon and chopped pecans.

6. Beat ingredients well.

7. Bake in two greased loaf pans for 50-60 minutes.
